so, as pre-professional archivist, i spend a nearly unholy amount of money on hand lotion, hand cream, hand balm -- basically anything which will keep my hands in one piece with the minimum amount of blood transferring from me to the documents. blood is not a preservation/conservation material.but, apparently, i've been thinking along the wrong lines. what i needed was more bracelets as revealed in "great uncle george's will."
